The merchandise will typically be delivered within 7 days of the order confirmation.

We don’t accept shipping from abroad.

Only the address associated with the order can receive deliveries of goods.

We don’t have set delivery dates for our shipments.

For each order, products are delivered.

For orders delivered separately, we do not accept combined shipping.

After an order has been confirmed, we do not accept product exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for user convenience.

Once a purchase has been made, we cannot accept altering the payment method due to our system.

Following the order confirmation, we will automatically send you a confirmation email with your order’s details. This is standard procedure. The transmission of the order confirmation email from us may be delayed if the access is restricted.

Within 24 hours, if you haven’t received a confirmation email, it can be because the order is not completed yet or the email address is wrong.
